Wheeeeeee~ Today reunited with the ever-superb 6A 2002. After the freaking concert at Anderson finally ended (it didn't drag as much as last year) at 12, I ran for it and didn't even stay to wish Mrs Lim and the other teachers Happy Teachers' Day in the class... I was like LATE.

So I met the rest at the food court while they were getting ready the Teacher Day cards for Mrs Chu and Mdm Wong. Gosh. There was this weird RGS girl slumped over the table opposite Mei Xuan and I was like thinking "ok do i know this girl" and thinking she was one of the girls at RGS who also studied at Chongfu before and came to visit with us or whatever when after sitting down next to Xuanxuan that girl lifted her head and OH MY GOD THAI WEI YING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She totally tied up her hair with this freaky hairband and 4 big clips over her head and hair was sticking up over her head and she looked so..... WEI YING.

So the girls bonded with the girls while the guys act cool (I think) and stuck to themselves. There were a lot more of the guys than the girls (unlike some class I can mention...) this visit. After I arrived we went to the interchange to take 811 (SO MANY MEMORIES - esp the one where we would step out of the gate and see 811 opposite and 100m away at the bus stop) back to Chongfu... and obviously we reached there at 12.50 and visiting hours started only at 2. So we trekked to McDonald's to squat (Lok's word, not mine) where me and Grace inspected an unknown bag and found ugly green socks and a handkerchief in it and deduced the owner to be a male because only males carry ugly green socks and handkerchiefs and Bert came back from placing our orders and told us the bag was Lok's.

It just seemed really funny then... but you won't get it unless you're Grace and me. Hardy har har.

So then Mag and Bin arrived BIN GREW OUT HER HAIR SHE LOOKED ABSOLUTELY FREAKY and I was like OH MY GOD WHAT HAPPENED in my mind. Anyway it was really fun to meet everyone again, and we got off very well as if we were still in P6 and under Mrs Chu's torture. It was so invigorating to talk bad about the guys even at this kind of period ;-) And in the Teachers' Day cards right, freaky Lok wrote "xi wang nin pan shang jiao yu jie de ling yi gao feng", "luo liang xun jin shang" and his school name, class and register no. .....

Ok anyway after squatting there for some time, we went back to Chongfu and to the hall where we met the 2 women who tortured us for 2 consecutive years (Mdm Wong also!!! Remember all the stupid tian xie han zi ju zi we had to memorise??). After hanging around in that hot and stuffy hall for 1 hour (god, would it be too much to ask for air con for just that measly 1 HR? And there were fans OUTSIDE the hall in the corridor leading to the Heritage room... so why not more INSIDE the hall?!) during which Mdm Wong related to us the unobedient batch (Mrs Chu likes to refer to us as cookies, I know) under them this year, who did not have to stay until 5.30pm everyday to suffer memorising of infinite notes (Remember the days we were forced to stand outside the GO to study RPE...), nor endure as many remedial lessons as we had, nor get punished for getting bad ting xie marks by writing the words 100 times, and they don't even need to go back to school on Saturday! I can't believe they so qing song... and when Mdm Wong told them about the trials we went through, THEY DIDN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!! And they dare to score 60 marks for their ting xie and so be so disrespectful to the teachers... diu wo men senior de lian man!!!! Like Mag said one day we must go back to scold them all senseless...

Oh and while we were there we saw Shiyun and Huiping for the second time. Shiyun, that oh so poor thing was balding practically to her scalp and when you looked at her hair from the profile, you could just SEE RIGHT THROUGH HER HAIR TO THE OTHER SIDE. So, so, SO sad.

Ok, soon after we left 7 of us decided to continue the tradition of playing captain's ball everytime after we visit the teachers (I wasn't there last year) and went to Block 300+ to borrow that little court there for our 'rendevous'. Yeah. But first I had to pee and we conveniently borrowed Ben's house to use the toilet and BIN SAW THIS LITTLE RED UNDERWEAR THINGY IN SOME LAUNDRY BASKET and she was like Ben is this yours?????? and Ben looked like he was so totally ............ by it but he didn't say something like "NO IT'S MY MOM'S!!!" and I was like commenting it can't be his cuz GUYS don't wear red underwear right... I mean, I've seen the popular blue but I haven't seen a guy wearing red underwear before... and it was so TINY! What, G-string ah?? Wahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!! ... Ok anyway after that we went down to get the game rolling and there were a few disagreements over the teams (the guys wanted Guys vs Girls but we argued that it was unfair as there were more guys than girls and Zou Long who must be 20cm taller than me is a guy) but in the end we played scissors paper stone and all the winners joined one team and the losers another (Jia, I won leh ^_^). Thus the game commenced with Lip (he doesn't want us to call him Lippy but what else? Liangjie is so ... ! Then call him LLJ ah? rubbish), Ben, Hun Sheng, Audrey, Mei Xuan and I in one team and Bin, Lok, Zou Long, Kexin and Bert in the other. Lip played barefooted and I stepped on him thrice. Lok flipped while trying a spectacular save and half killed his glasses. We were leading at first but thanks to Zou Long's 20cm advantage overall of us, they caught up pretty soon. Winner still turned out to be us =) so never mind.

After the game Audrey and I got ready to go but before that I wanted to grab a drink from the drink can machine. However, that stupid thing ATE my 90 cents and gave me nothing in return. And I couldn't find my way out of those maze-y HDB blocks so we headed back to the company to seek directions. I ended up staying while Audrey went home. The girls sat and crapped while watching the guys do some mindless kicking of the basketball (I have however no idea why we watched them kick the basketball around). In the end we shifted to the HDB void deck to crap even more while the guys played carrom (Ben brought it down) and Lok went back to his house to get money (in actual fact we suspected he would shower, change and perfume himself first) but after a really really LONG time he STILL wasn't back yet and Mei Xuan was getting so damn impatient with him and we were talking about how he was laying eggs/fell down the toilet bowl/fainted due to exhaustion of the game but pretended everything was alright and then he arrived and it turned out he kana bird shit on the head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So SUAY!!!!! Wahaha =) Anyway soon after that I left while they went to get dinner and Mei Xuan and Bin walked me to the bus stop and during that me Mei Xuan and I talked about the people who were in our class in p1 - p3 and we remembered certain people etc etc... haha. The day ended when the bus game and I waved goodbye while they walked back to join the others. Yeah. =)

So really, 6A 02 rocks all our socks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be yourself day lah dee daz. Anyway, am going to go in netball tee JUST LIKE LAST YEAR. It's not as if any of us really want to go dressed as a skunk or whatever.

Still gotta draw the orchid card for Sharmilah (poor Jia she has FOUR).

Do you know Mr Lim plays the guitar? THE GUITAR!! Mr Lim teaches maths, plays basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, and the GUITAR?! OH MY GOD. It so does not FIT. Mr Lim is a maths nerd!! He teaches algebra and can draw perfect cones and spheres. He is not supposed to play the ELECTRIC GUITAR!!!!!!!!!

No wonder he married so early. Mr Lim shen cang bu lou!!!!! But actually his tiao jian also not bad eh ;) His wife clever sia, knows good stuff when she sees one. (how many people who wear singlets and tuck in their shirts can play sports and guitar and is also a maths teacher?)

Ok after school tomorrow (which hopefully ends at 11.30pm) we'll be going to back to Chongfu to visit dearest Mrs Chu-sy and Mdm Wwong. MMmm. (to hell with the teachers, I just want to see ex-classmates =D)

"Wait! Her heart may be beating!"

It's only 2 paragraphs, but it's a START. I may actually finish it without dying of a heart attack or something.

Sorry to the men of the world, but you guys were freaks to begin with anyway.

Cause of death: Depletion of brain juice via exposition essay

Lingga says @#%$! at 2:28 PM

Guess what?

Well, nothing much except that it's 1.50pm and I'm not even close to finishing my exposition essay. Nah, haven't even started. No inspiration at all. Nada. I'm totally confused with what stand I'm going to take. Should women be accorded greater respect than men? Actually I think it's pretty ok the way it is now... I mean aren't all those television shows going "never offend a woman" or "women are the most vicious creatures"? But I also think there ought to be more women on the top of the working ladder... why are all the ministers male? Ever thought of a female president or something, people? Gosh. All messed up. Or maybe I could choose the How far should you go to protect your loved ones topic. But there wouldn't be much to write and I can't be bothered to search all those freaky family cases in which some mother covers up for her son's misdeed or whatever. I have no idea what kind of exposition essay can be done on Trust and faith (like, what?) and Traditional medical practice is inferior to modern techniques is too wide. Others before self and Does a right pardon a wrong seem too confusing for me (esp the latter).

I wouldn't have watched Midwives if I'd known we were going to have work to do... Ms Sharmilah SAID it was for relaxation after our exams!! (even Ms Sharmilah lies. What is the world coming to?!)

Anyway, Huang Yida came to our school on Friday. We were told to go to the hall at 12.05pm (complusory) and everyone waited themselves silly (we played finger guessing games and recited Wang Wang commercials at the top of our voices) before finally being allowed into the hall at 1pm. He sounds awful 'live'. He's got a nice talking voice but when he sings, ergh. And his manager's gonna have to tell him his concerts won't be successful if he maintains that one stupid, holding-the-mike-and-bending-my-knee pose.

NO INSPIRATION ON MY ESSAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT TO DO WHAT TO DO???!!!!

OH YES!!! Today Han Hui did a very stupid thing.

We were learning congruent shapes and Mr Lim thought us the sign that meant congruent, 3 lines parallel to each other horizontally like the chinese word for 3.

So after doing a couple of exercises, Mr Lim was like angle A = angle B whatever, and Han Hui asked what the 2 lines thingy meant, and Mr Lim said it means equal.

So stupid right! Ok, you'd probably be going in your head "man this girl is nuts" but it was hilarious in class!!!!!!!!! Yah and I promised (or at least told) Jia I would write about it. So I did and I feel better. Wahahaha.

I can't wait to read Meg Cabot's Teen Idol! I've already devoured TPD: Sixsation last Friday and it wasn't as enjoyable as I'd expected, cuz in this book, Lana tells Mia all college boys (aka Michael) want to Do It. And Mia worries about Michael possibly wanting to Do It, and turns out Michael DOES want to Do It, and it shattered the image of Perfect Michael in my heart because Michael is a saint and will respect Mia for not wanting to Do It or whatever. Anyway, as it neared the end of the book, I thought Meg was gonna split the 2 of them up because Michael wants to have sex and Mia doesn't!! There was also all this stuff about Kenny and I was practically hyperventilating at the thought of Mia ending up with Kenny!!!! Oh my God. Anyway, in the end it ended ok but kinda abruptly. Yah.

If you type Ronald Susilo in yahoo search, you'll come across a lot of Susilo Stalkers. Examples include:

someone cut off his head and pasted it on another person's so this girl can enjoy having her picture taken with Susilo (i can't call him Ronald!! that's so spastic)

Now this is one devoted fan.

Looking at his thighs... this is sick. (but interesting)

I really hope he doesn't blog surf or anything. Imagine seeing stuff like that about YOU YOURSELF on other people's blogs and them pledging their undying love to you... It's enough to freak anyone out. Poor Jia Wei's gonna throw a fit.

But actually doesn't anyone realise he looks like the guy who played Li Zihao in Zhen Qing?! Esp the thigh picture! The face!! There is a distinct resemblance... but of course Susilo's much cuter =) and Zihao is evil anyway.

He shouldn't smile too much. In the zao bao picture of him and Jia Wei right, he looked like he was a big lecher. It wasn't the arms he put around her waist, it was that disgustingly huge smile which showed all his teeth (Chops from The Simple Life. Interesting.)!!! And I'm ashamed to admit that during the opening ceremony of Olympics 04 when I saw Singapore's flag bearer, I was like "ok why is this guy so ugly... what is wrong with his teeth and why is there so much oil on his face... why did they get a freak to hold the flag" -_______-'' Because he was smiling so big!!! It's like his teeth stretched man...

But he looked great in his matches when he wasn't smiling too much or whatever (actually Boonsak Poonava was kinda cute too ^_^). I wish they would replay the match with Lin Dan!!! I DIDN'T WATCH IT!!!!!! ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even though I may seem a bit obsessed with him (last obsession was over Prince Andrea of Monaco and my webpage devoted to him is still up), I will always remember he belongs to Jia Wei =D and since Jia Wei is my fav table tennis player, I can't possibly snatch her bf right? It's soooooo movie-ish; how they met (on a plane in 2002). The badminton and table tennis teams shared the same plane to some competition and it seems that the two of them sat opposite each other acorss the aisle and Jia Wei caught Susilo (say Ronald. RONALD!!!! No i just can't!!!) staring at her and she was like going "ok, that guy's weird" in her head, and when they got off the plane, Susilo asked her for her phone number!!!! Wooooh so daring! And then he "feng kuang di zhui qiu ta" and showered her with gifts like flowers and jewellery or something... So movie-ish right?? And in the end he "ying de le Jia Wei de fang xin"!!!!!! So romantic sia!!! Ahahahahaha!!!!

Hopefully they'll get married soon and we'll see lotsa pics of them ^_^

Oh anyway, we are DONE with all our tests/performances/results. But then, of course, we are still learning the syllabus (sadly not Chapts 5 and 6) and Mr Lim is still creeping us out with his perfect hand drawn circles/cones/spheres on the board...

We didn't die of public humiliation during Art. But at least we passed. 13/20. That's wayyyy more than I expected. I was expecting 8. Yah. So my Asthetics this term (added with music), instead of failing, gets a 50 + 22 = 72 = A2. Not bad lah. Very long time never get A1 liao. Ha. Ha. Ha. (i'll be glad to pass Art. A1 my foot.)

Ok, hear my dad coming back home (that means he brought back 8 Days). Gonna run now. Bye.

Traumatizing!!!!! Li Jia Wei had the silver medal halfway in her pocket already but she lost!!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Oh man it's so so so sad, she was this close to winning the game! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Fine, if I need to vent my frustration about this, let me vent it on the North Korean gorilla. No offense or anything, but she was damn scary. What was with the tribal shriek everytime she scored a goal? And let me tell you it doesn't even mean anything in Korean! Rubbish. And everytime Jia Wei got ready to serve, she says something untelligible. The same phrase everytime Jia Wei wanted to serve! I got so irritated with her even before the first match ended she made the list of my top 10 most beatable faces. (This probably isn't really fair to her [-____-''] but I can't help it.)

Ok, I was watching the match on Ch 5 which had commentary by the Olympics people right, and so they were just making comments and not supporting anyone and it got kinda depressing hearing the monotone of the person commenting I switched to Ch 8. Ah, better! 2 avid supporters of Singapore (aka 2 95.8 DJs) =) I think the guy who was commenting really doesn't like the Kim Hyung Mi (or Jin Xiang Mei... like who calls their daughter Jin Xiang Mei) because he kept saying stuff like "Kan lai zhe ge Jin Xiang Mei bu tai hui kong zhi pi qi" (after the 0-11 loss) or "Jin Xiang Mei hao xiang zai zhun bei da rou dao" (wahahaha, cuz she was concentrating really hard) and he went off track once saying "ke neng shi ai qing de zi run (referring to Susilo "Susilo rawks!!"), Jia Wei zai ren shi Luo Na Duo (or Ronald ...) gong fu hao xiang jing bu le xu duo..." and another time he said "guan cha li bi jiao hao de guan zhong ke neng hui zhu yi Jia Wei shou shang dai zhe de jie zhi" -_______-'' Like that was totally no link... but so sweet!!!! Awwww. It's probably an engagement ring from Susilo (it's so weird to say Ronald. Like, Ronald, Ronald, fall on the floor) cuz it's on her left hand. Anyway, Kum Boon and I were gushing about how adorable the 2 of them were on phone when we discovered that we both loved them very much =P and reminding ourselves that Susilo is attached and Jia Wei is a female and etc etc etc...

They are really really cute together!!!!!!! ^___________________^

Meg Cabot (say Cabb-itt) is so funny. =)

But I will repeat my mantra that nerds make the best boyfriends. Here is why:

a) They will always be eternally grateful that you went out with them in the first place and so they will ALWAYS remember to call when they said they were going to call, as opposed to jocks and/or playas, who will only call when they feel like it, which will be, like, Friday. Night. At eleven.

b) There are LOADS of employment opportunities for nerds, so you never have to worry about having to pay for your own dinner, because the highly employable nerd will ALWAYS have enough cash to take you out.

c) Nerds age more gracefully than jocks. When jocks stop working out (which they will, as soon as they graduate) all of that muscle turns to fat. Nerds never had muscles in the first place, so they will never get fat. Or if they do, they will be even MORE grateful to you for going out with them, and will be even nicer to you.

d) A nerd can ALWAYS fix your computer. I know this doesn’t sound like a big deal right now, but trust me, the next time someone sends you a virus, you will be WISHING you’d been a little nicer to the IT guys in your office.

How can you attract a nerd? This is so easy it isn’t even funny. You don’t need to wear a miniskirt or even make up. Just be a girl.

Then go where the nerds go. Anything to do with comic books is good—conventions are the best. Stores are good. Clubs to do with manga…trust me, you will find the nerd for you there.

Ditto computers. Where the computers are, so will be the nerds. They are particularly drawn to Mac stores. If there is an Apple store in your community, go there NOW! If possible, get employment there. You will have your choice of nerds.

Computer conventions/conferences are also a choice destination for the nerd. You cannot keep them away from them! I have also spotted nerds at video arcades and, yes, even the local library and Barnes and Noble, in the sci-fi section.

What do nerds converse about? Nerdy stuff. Watch (or better yet, read) LOTR. Familiarize yourself with Hellboy. Mention that you own a PowerBook. And you’re good to go.

I know what you are thinking: But Meg, the nerds I know aren’t very…you know…hot.

Let’s be honest now: Which would you rather have, a hot guy, or a guy who WORSHIPS THE GROUND YOU WALK ON? To me, there is nothing hotter than a guy who totally adores me and calls me when he says he will. Seriously. Give me a guy who calls over a guy who looks like Colin Farrell any day.

I hope this has helped.

SPECIAL NOTE TO GIRL NERDS: Last time I posted my Ode to Nerds, I got mail from girl nerds (geekettes) outraged over my apparent neglect of them. Ladies, I KNOW there are girl nerds….BECAUSE I AM ONE OF YOU. And granted, I can't fix my own computer, but NO ONE LOVES STAR WARS MORE THAN ME OR HAS WRITTEN MORE HUNDREDS OF PAGES OF SW FAN FICTION THAN ME. OK??? So back off!!!! You know you’re just mad because I’m revealing your big secret to the entire word—about male nerds making the best boyfriends. Don’t worry, there are enough guy nerds for ALL of us. So go watch some Daria and relax and know that I am there with you, soul sister.

We should start seeing Caijie in a different light, females.

I got 29/40 for my Science theory!!!! YES!!!!!! All the hard work actually PAID OFF... 29/40 is like high =) However, it's hard to be happy because after adding everything up, I still get a lousy B3 for Science. It's crap. All SRP's fault (and since almost no schools in Singapore have SRP lessons, this is like an unnecessary torture).

Ronald Susilo and Li Jia Wei are like such a cute couple =) Cuz Li Jia Wei is like my favourite table tennis player (God knows why I have a favourite table tennis player, but anyway I do), and Susilo kicks butt after beating Lin Dan (although it was kinda embarrassing to lose 1 - 15 right...), and both of them are in Team Singapore... haha... they just seem so adorable together, no idea why.

Anyway, yesterday was major hand cramp day. After doing our Lit (I swear I never want to hear the music of evil or whatever again) and History papers, it was time to get a new pen. I wrote so much (surely all rubbish anyway) and after the Lit paper was collected, everyone was like NO MORE EXAMS YEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH and then in comes this Chi relief teacher who tells us Mrs Lim Shioy Hwee is absent today and wants us to write a compo on Wo Zui Xin Shang De Ren (the person I most admire - like what kind of sucky compo title is that).

Anyway, what's the deal with netball anyway? All I did was to skip ONE practice. I didn't go last last Sat was because my mom wanted to take me to JOHOR and I went to netball on THURSDAY. What, you think I went for fun ah? Then I skipped last Sat to study for Science (29/40, it paid off ok), and next thing I know Jin Ning comes and tells me Mdm Hee and Mr Liew are having a head case cuz of my absence. WHAT?? One practice only mah! But I don't really believe Jin Ning lor. I think she exaggerates quite a bit. Sometimes she gets on my nerves A LOT and these days she gives me the impression she just wants to put me down... like when she said my haircut was flat out ugly.

Ok, enough about this bitching. Better worry about my lousy Art project. WE HAVE TO PERFORM ON TUE!!!! Oh man don't get me started, I will cry myself to death.

Oh just let me cry myself to death then, better than performing. Heh.

Let's see.

I have to study The stupid Pearl, rearrange my english file and layer my ugly art sculpture or whatever it's called.

And what am I doing now?

Oh, nothing but just online and blogging. Of all the important things I have to do, I go online. Yeah.

Watched Midwives in English lessons. Ms Sharmilah has such a great collection of movies and she manages to incooporate them into our lessons. Good woman.

Anyway, that movie should have been banned for girls who haven't given birth before. I tell you, no sane lady's gonna want to get pregnant after watching that movie. They had the camera film down the entire period when the woman screams her head off before actually giving birth. Anyway, one lady had a difficult labour, and she actually died after more than 20 hours of trying to push the baby out with only a midwife by her side and no anesthetic (MY GOD. BRAVE WOMAN.). So the midwife was like -___________-'' by the death, but she had to save the baby who might still be alive, so she took a kitchen knife and sliced the stomach open to take out the baby!!!!!! Oh MAN... the camera showed all the blood before and during and after the labour, but thankfully did not show the slicing open... We, however, saw the knife approaching the big pink stomach and half of the class were like .........!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, it was pure trauma!! No one will think of pregnancy as the "most beautiful period of a woman's life" anymore after seeing the movie... haha... except some really brave ones, maybe. ^^||

I'm sure I fscored terribly for the Science test. OH PLEASE NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *goes down on knees* ..........................

Wish we would get started on Chapts 6 and 7... It'd be such an easy job for the class. There's NOTHING in there we don't know already *knowing wicked smile*. Like what Sa said, those are only "qing ting dian shui"... We're the experts... =)

Ok, I really need to get off my com... or else I will get tempted to design another stupid layout again... ^_________^ But I won't. I'll probby stay till 5pm or something. *shrugs* Can't help it can I...

Lingga says @#%$! at 3:52 PM

I despise my lack of determination to sit at my desk for 2 hrs learning the nitrogen cycle!!!!!

But what can I do... It's so incredibly stupid that we gotta learn that...

Watched lotsa Olympic moments on TV today... the swimming guys have pretty hot bods, haha.

Yuxi's going in 4 days... it's just so weird to have her go to Taiwan and study... she won't be back until she completes her education, which is like TEN YEARS LATER... Oh man... I can't believe this... no more Yuxi at any 6A gathering... haiz...

Anyway, am not supposed to be here. Actually supposed to be studying Science (what else is new?) only I didn't do much of that today. Was watching Olympics and Zhen Qing. Haha.

TAURUS FEMALE

You are a complex lady. You are ruled by the planet Venus that makes you knowledgeable instinctively in the art of seduction. You love beautiful objects and adornments and will welcome any quality gifts that your lover buys for you. You always know exactly what you want and you will become quite stubborn if you don't get it. As long as your man stays on your good side and treats you with tender loving care you will be affectionate and willing to give him whatever he wants. You are eager to learn about life and the man that can teach you the ins and outs will win your heart. You look for a lover who is sincere, appreciative and knowledgeable about getting the best quality for the best price. If your chosen partner lives up to your standards you will be a loyal, loving and excellent bed mate.

This is so sick. What is knowledgeable instinctively in the art of seduction?! Excellent bed mate?! Rubbish!!

I hate Friday the 13th. Today was one of the most embarrassing days in my entire life. Today I had not one, but TWO embarrassing moments at Northpoint!!!! Oh my GOD.

So I went to Burger King with Jenna today to buy my lunch, thinking the Chicken Whooper meal was still on discount at $3.90, only when I got there the lady was like "Not on promotion anymore, do you still want to buy it at $7.30?" And I was like thinking errrrrrr in my head but found myself saying "Yes, yes". Then she asked me something like "do you want to take a look at our coupons" and I was like "errrrrrr... no thanks, I don't want the meal anymore" and then I turned and ran off with Jenna!!!!!!!! Oh my GOD......... It was so incredibly STUPID.

Ok, so next we went to get Jenna's freaky sushi (she had one dollar and she bought unagi with it, leaving herself PENNILESS) and then I went to Yoshinoya intending to get something with the coupon I'd cut out, and I handed the coupon to the lady behind the counter, and they prepared it, and I checked my wallet and pulled out 2 $2 notes and immediately I had this baad feeling... then I checked the coin compartment and retrieved 3 10 cents coins..... $4.30!!! The meal was $4.70!!!! Oh my GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I turned and whispered to Jenna with this very very VERY bad feeling in my stomach if she could lend me money, forgetting of course that SHE WAS PENNILESS AFTER THAT FREAKY UNAGI!!!!!!!!!!

So now what?? The lady had the meal ready for me liao!!!! And it wasn't even like fast food so she could just pop the food back into the shelf or whatever... it was rice and prawn!!! Then I had no choice but to tell her I had not enough money to pay for the meal (yeah, FORTY FREAKY CENTS!!!!!!) and she got this expression on her face and pointed to Jenna and asked if Jenna could lend me money and Jenna was like I don't have money and she was like "........." and I was like 'ground please open a hole so I can drop in' and in the end she handed me back my coupon and the 2 of us were sent away....... GOD!!!! Humiliating myself twice in a day!!!

Life seems SO MUCH BRIGHTER when you've gotten back your maths results. Maths results that tell you that you DID NOT FAIL!!!!!!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!! Linear graphs!!!!!!!!

It just goes to show that if you try very very very hard, you will at least retain a little bit of what you tried.

But considering the hours I put into studying, a 25 is not acceptable. Seriously. But I you gotta make do with what you've got... so... WHEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, got back chinese results today... hahaha, I am quite satisfied with my chinese score. Upon 75, I got 63.5. That, for me, is good. I usually get 56 or 58. Completed with my 14.5/25 for summary, I have a 78/100 for chinese. ^_______^ Please don't mind me gloating. It's rare I get satisfied with my results.

For english I got 87.1. I AM NOT SATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nicky got higher than me!!!! he got 88.6!!!!!! That is so unfair. MUST DO BETTER!!!!!! *snorts in determination*

Now is time to mug for Sci, History and Lit. To hell with history, I'm not taking it anyway... I'm more worried bout my science. I only have like 3 days to study for it!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhh. I relaxed too much during ND weekend. Too much. Ahhhhhhhh.

I'm sounding like a nerd these days. I wonder if all sec 2s sitting for their streaming this year will inevitably sound like that.

I'm hearing Ewan McGregor's voice and I fall in love with him all over again. The Moulin Rouge him ONLY, mind you. Have you seen how he looks nowadays?! A beard. GOD. He looks like some grandpa.

The horror!!!!!

It's 11.17pm (PM!! IT'S THE NIGHT!!!! ARGH!!!!!!!!!) and I am not yet in bed!!!!

I am usually trying to get to sleep at this time... even if not, I would never be online. Haha, know why? Was supposed to take only a "short nap" today... you know, 30 mins? Lie down a bit? Well, I ended up waking up only at 7.40pm. So.

I added a guestbook to our class gallery... it works the same as a taggy people, don't get frightened when you see it, ok?

Am going to shut the com and try to sleep now... I hate school nights. Ergh.

Oh wait!!! I haven't talked about Singapore Idol. Oh my GOD, I saw Alvin!!!!!! Man he looked so white >.< and the judges completely humiliated him... Dick said his voice had a goat-like resemblance and Florence said he sounded like a horse... not exactly compliments. And he tried to argue by saying his bro thought he sang the song better than Ronan Keating himself. Erm... maybe it was the nerves at the audition. YOU know. Heh heh. (no i don't know this Alvin Kok... never seen him in my entire life...) Ok just joking. Haha.

Bananaman to the rescue!!! Actually i thought it was a watermelon he was wearing, but never mind.

It's sick, but we actually derive joy from watching other people get humiliated. I mean, I was the one when watching the cabinet ministers walk up the stairs to their seats during NDP going "Ok, imagine if one of them suddenly trips and falls WAHAHAHAHA."

Lala.

Happy 39th Birthday Singapore. *checks calendar* Oh that was yesterday. Oops.

Anyway, NDP was kinda boring. Favourite part was when JJ Lin sang the newly revamped Home. So preppy and funky. Haha. His dance just spelled out attitude and the whole routine was very nice. =)

After that watched the eagerly awaited Singapore Idol (I think they made it Singapore and not Singaporean because the whole word wouldn't fit nicely into the circle. You know.) at 8.15pm. Ken Lim is evil. The way he looks at you through his freaky sunglasses... I would have wimped out a long time ago. Dick Lee dishes out insults very cheerfully... you see him dressed in all these bright colours and when he insults you it doesn't sound that bad. Really. ("You sing like a bird." "Thanks!" "A crow.") Well, kinda.

The poor guy who came all the way from Shanghai to take part had this opera-ish voice. Actually it's kind of inspiring for him to want to follow his dream so much. However, he got the dream completely and utterly squashed and stepped on by the judges... cuz, well, he's not really suitable to be an Idol. You know. I feel sorry for him.

Then there was the lemon tree guy. God. He said he'd tested his song in front of his friends. What were his friends thinking? Want to suffer the public humiliation faced when people ask you if you know that lemon tree guy issit? Yeah, they laughed and everything, but one of them really should have tied him up or whatever. It's like William Hung, only worse. And what's with the actions? I saw him move his arms around. A LOT. Criss-crossing in front of his eyes, spread out straight, flailing around the body... well, never mind.

Oh and there was the freaky stripper. -_________-'' That guy's got a screw loose somewhere. He says he's an entertainer. Perhaps he was trying to drum up business by appearing on TV stripping. Oh yes, I am so sure potential mothers will call him up and ask him to perform at junior's birthday party or their daughters' wedding or whatever.

There were a few people who did well, like Christopher Michael Lee. He was the first to get in, I think. He's got a "marketable" (read: cute) face. Haha.

I should be studying (once again. Why does my life constantly revolve around studying?)

Another of my Cutest Homework List Ever
  1. Finish zao ju ( I left ci yu shou ce at school!!! ARGH)
  2. Finish stupid Art thingy.
  3. Study Science.
  4. Study History.
  5. Study Lit. ( I mean, I'm sure John Steinback was a good writer or whatever, but come on.)
  6. ENGLISH FORUM THINGY AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I think. That's all.

Man, FINALLY.

I have finished making 2/7's Picture Gallery!! Oh man FINALLY. This took me a looong time. Especially making the layout. =) And also finding hosts for the images. WAHAHAHAHA!!! I uploaded most of the pictures which Gang Quan took. (ok, only half. I couldn't afford the space)

Anyway, am rather proud of it, go take a look, 2/7ners!!!!!!!

Oh well, poor Milton's preparing his own funeral for when he dies due to boredom... and I can't think of much for him to do leh. I did suggest thinking about how your funeral would be like when you die... cuz I've never thought of it before. But he said it would be hard to fall asleep then. Oh well.

I'm still not used to my short hair. Ergh.

Qi Li Xiang rulexXx =)

Lingga says @#%$! at 11:45 PM

I cut my hair.

I ACTUALLY CUT MY HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OH MY GOD, I AM RUINED.
SO RUINED.

AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

My hairstyle seems to closely resemble that of Youzhen in Winter Sonata. I think. Jia and Sa assured me no it doesn't, but STILL I think it looks like some 5 yr old kid's mushroom hair!!!! It's just so different from the usual ponytail man. It looks cute, yeah, but if you wanna look like a primary school kid...

Nooooo.

I was so freaked out by my hair (or rather, lack of hair) I just rushed upstairs right after I cut my hair and started shrieking oh god. I already had this bad feeling 10mins after she started sniping at my hair. I should have just told her to cut it shorter and layer it and keep my fringe. AHHHHHHH!!!!!! But no. New hairstyle lah! Become like that lah! Ta ma de...

Anyway, I can't wait for it to grow longer already.

I should talk about my NAPFA, i don't think I did. Yeah, this year's NAPFA was the most surprising one. I actually jumped like 180cm in standing board jump?! Usually I cannot jump and only reach 160 plus, but this time some spring in my leg uncoiled and I flew 180cm!!! I couldn't believe it when I lowered my eyes to check the mark. 180!!!!

Also, I took only 11 seconds to run my shuttle run. I had never been very fast after p4. So I was shocked.

I got 5 As and 1 C (inclined pull ups-well that was a gone case to begin with) which = 28 Gold. So happy *gloats* =)

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh my hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, haven't been online in like 3 days. Mugged for my chinese and maths test. Well, so much for "what you give is what you get". *rolls eyes* I sacrifice my weekend and my internet hours to study linear graphs. I started on 11am on Sat morning. I covered every topic in the textbook. I did my assesment books. I practiced. BUT WHY? WHY DID I STILL FAIL?

Ok. I haven't failed yet. But you don't need marks to know if you've failed or not.

Today was NE learning journey! Kinda fun. Visited Johor Battery, Changi Museum and Kranji War Memorial. Kranji War Memorial was especially sad lor. It's very well kept there, very big and it looks extremely peaceful. It feels peaceful, until you actually go to the grave and read what's on there... it's like, looking at someone's grave and stepping on the grass, knowing his body is buried somewhere below your feet, knowing he probably died very tragically during the jap occupation, knowing that he's only in his early twenties (Wen saw the grave of a 16yr old guy), knowing he died just to protect Singapore... I mean, most of them were so young! They could have gone on to get married and have kids and everything... The saddest things included looking at graves which said "Here lies a soldier of the 1939 - 1945 war", or "Here lies 5 soldiers of the 1939 - 1945 war"... they died without identities. It's just so... sad if you think about it. To die without even knowing which were your body parts... like explosion and the bodies exploded and mixed together?! Ewww. Also the War Memorial, the pillars inscripted with 25000 names of people who fought in the world... their bodies were never found. 25000! Oh my God... it's so depressing, so so tragic... Plus on the graves you could see sad messages from the guy's parents or friends or wife... worse, a lot of graves didn't even have those messages... maybe couldn't contact the family? Or maybe they'd already died in the war. Haiz. Anyway, it was a sombre affair.

It's very mao dun for me, cuz one side of me hates Japan to the core and the other one is like devoted to Japanese cute guys, Japanese anime, Japanese food. I mean, I can't help but blame Japan for all this suffering. Firstly, the war in SE Asia probably wouldn't even have started if Japan then wasn't so power hungry. Japan wanted to to dominate Asia; they even took on China. Hello, CHINA? So bu zi liang li. When Germany started the war, if Japan wasn't so "I WANNA BE KING!!!! RAH!!!!!!!" I believe SE Asia wouldn't even be affected directly. Like, Germany then had enough problems with Britain and the rest, they wouldn't try to invade Asia too.

Also, even if war was inevitable, what about all the merciless torturing the Japanese gave to the POWs and civilians when Singapore was Syonan-to? That wasn't inevitable, it was pure cruelty from the blackest of hearts. The Japanese even cut off heads and hung them in public. It's like they were all devoid of compassion or something, based on all the records we've read and seen. And the Sook Ching Operation? Very fun eh? Watch people tied to one another walk down the beach into the water back facing you and then bang-bang-bang you shoot them all to death?

F**k those Japanese. But then again, that was then, now is now. Today's Japan can't be more different. So polite. Wonder what went wrong with their ancestors.

Oh, we took a lot of stupid photos today!! =) Gang Quan and his $1800 digicam (he aspires to be a photographer you see. All I can say is wow.) took like 70 pictures of us... plus everyone else's cameras. We posed like a zillion times.

Oh, and our travel guide today was very adorable! His name is Donald and when we first met him, the guides were searching for the classes they'd been allocated to, and he was "fighting" with another of his colleague, and his colleague was like going "Ha! This is my class, too bad!" Then me and Jia saw and we were like -________________-'' yah... I mean, full grown adults!!! *sweats* Anyway he was really funny and interactive. =) Learnt a lot.

Oh yes, fun fact today: We saw a grave marked Wilkins, and the inscription on it? 'Till we meet again.'

Freak. just realised it's the problem with my own internet browsers that i can't copy and paste in blogger. (One's Mozilla, which sucks because it cannot see several types of css, INCLUDING scrollbar, and positioning is so different from the normal I.E. one... and the other is a rubbishy faulty internet explorer that got infected by a freak virus that causes it to not be able to load stuff like hotmail message textbox and blogger's entry box...) On my sis's computer right now. Even though I can't go online or mess with Adobe.

Maths test postponed to thu!! Am actually quite happy. I should really use the extra time to go study for the maths test and then the HMT paper 2 on thu too. But what am I doing? Oh, nothing but complaining about my stupid browsers and sniffing at the computer (flu worsened). Very intellectually stimulating things. I am so sure.

Jay's new album coming out tomorrow!!!!!! *cheers* Qi Li Xiang wan sui!!!!!!!! =) =) =)

Syn Yeow the major freak just did the freakiest thing I've ever seen in my entire life (and believe me, the things I've seen are not normal, judging from the people I've known) today. Mrs Lim (lin xiao hui, chi teacher) was like telling us about this pervert (only of course she didn't say pervert, teachers are much too polite to call their students names. ok, most anyway.) from one of her previous classes who liked to go around to peep at girls. >___________<. While she was telling us that, I was staring very pointedly at Syn Yeow, since he's the class lecher who likes to do push ups at random moments to try and impress girls and jumps up and down in front of the girls bathroom window to try and peek in, and at that exact moment he threw up both his hands (which were connected to his, I cannot stress it further, short, fat and pudgy arms, creating this really disgusting effect) as if pantomizing grabbing something in the air, then he drew back both hands to his chest very violently and forcefully while smiling like some rapist, and WORSE, he repeated it a few times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I saw it I almost got a heart attack, my first reaction was to grab Jia and shriek for her to look at the class freak, and when she saw it I think she almost got a heart attack too, I was practically hyperventillating from the horror (I was also emitting this maniac laughter due to the ridiculous-ness and horrible fascination of it all), and everyone turned to stare at us, plus a few others who saw what Syn Yeow did and were surely stunned beyond speech, and everyone was like going, "What? What happened??!!" and the 2 of us were choking, and Amy was laughing beside us, and I remembr flailing my arms, and it was so damn messy... hahahahaa..... Anyway, Polly told me later that my reaction was so BIG, my face was all red and everything... haha =) Anyway, after class was over (HMT is the last lesson), Syn Yeow packed his bag and left, I thought he'd go home, only Jin Jun told me he went to the corridor between 2/6 and 2/7, and STARTED DOING PUSH UPS!!!!!!! AGAIN!!!!!!!!! My God. And Jin Jun imformed me that somehow his head was swaying along as he did the push ups...... oh God, to imagine it......... -_____________-'' I know, I KNOW, I shouldn't be doing all this to this poor guy who hasn't even insulted me before, but I just CANNOT help it, he forces all of us to do so!!!!!! It's virtually impossible for someone to treat him like a good friend, he's just too weird. He's a pervert. He has this odd mentality that real men think about girls, sex and build muscles. I think he's been watching too many Hollywood movies. Plus I really think he's slightly retarded. To cite an example: last Friday the class was unusually sombre as Mr Lim was scolding Dev they all about not paying attention and threatening them DC (for the usually extremely bully-able and mellow Mr Lim, this is serious), and all the while Syn Yeow had his hand in the air, and I was thinking "what else is new, probably another stupid question to ask Mr Lim (he practically hounds Mr Lim with them during Maths)" and Mr Lim, looking a bit frazzled, called on him, and Syn Yeow asked him if he had a pair of scissors.

Well, I rest my case.

Plus, it's not as if I haven't tried... because me and Jia treat him like a normal person, we're the first he approaches whenever there's any group-forming to be done. *faints* I think to date I've rejected him from my group about 7 times already. Believe me, the last few times he ended up in my group, it wasn't exactly a good experience. But it was extremely awkward to turn him down... it was just like that in the case of Sumaiyah (in the past) who would come up to me and ask with her thick hide. Then all the times I turn them down I've been thinking how pitiful they are, imagine if everyone you approach clearly don't want you in their group...... and because of my PITY for him I RUINED MY OWN LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cracked and accepted him into our History group!!!!!!!!!! *runs and crashes head against wall*

So this is me. The spineless, no will one. All people have to do is to try more cajoling, and I'll gadly give them my head on a platter. Like Letch. Everytime she pleads with me to help her with her blog, I'll hold my front, and she continues, and 10 mins later I agree to help her. Like all those freaky people selling tickets. All they gotta do is to talk to me for 5 mins, and I will get a ticket from them. Almost immediately after that I regret it, however, because it means less money for my lunch. Grrrrrrr.

I'm SUPPOSED TO BE DOING STUDYING!!!!!!!! God what is wrong with me.

Once again another break from linear graphs... I'm so going to live in fear of x and y co-ordinates for the rest of my life. I hate plotting the table of values, AND plotting the graphs in the case of how Mr Lim's profits and production costs differ from each other or whatever... rubbish. Why use graphs when we can just solve them mentally...

No netball for the rest of the weekdays in the month of Aug except on Sats. Rubbish lor, want us to sacrifice our beloved saturday mornings (saturday mornings are for sleeping in until 11pm!!!) to wake up at 7am to sweat it out in the netball court!!!! You realise the possibility of rain or clouds or wind is very little at 8.30 in the morning?? There's gonna be nothing shielding us from the sun except for our own pathetic little hands!!!

And my freaking cough/sore throat hasn't gone away yet. Bwapk.

I can't wait for Jia to like finish developing the 2/7 photos we took on day of Racial Harmony celebrations... if they turn out nice or something, I've got a good mind to make them into my next blog layout. =)

Haven't studied practical book for SPA test yet. Nor have I finished studying my chinese. So so so freaky. I hate maths. (Damn all the maths freaks in the world).
